On October 18, 2017, ENR published Mark Nagata’s viewpoint piece entitled, “The Flaw in ASCE’s New Project Delay Guidelines.” The piece addresses American Society of Civil Engineer’s new Schedule Delay Analysis Standard’s inclusion of a recommended guideline that attempts to increase an owner’s obligation to grant time extensions for “non-critical path” delays.

Bill Haydt will be presenting “Can a Contractor be Entitled to a Time Extension if the Delay is not Critical?” at the OTE Conference on 10/10/17, in Columbus, Ohio.
