Liz has over fifteen years of experience providing CPM scheduling, claims analysis and preparation, owner’s representation, estimating, and project engineering services. She has analyzed claims on projects involving highway, mass transit, education, healthcare, gaming, and civil works. Liz is proficient in the use of Oracle’s Primavera Project Planner (P3), Oracle’s Primavera (P6) Project Management, and the Claim Digger Schedule Comparison Software.

Liz provided CPM scheduling services to the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) for review of the Baseline Schedule, monthly schedule updates, and Time Extension Requests for multiple SCA school projects. Liz’s schedule review responsibilities included verification that the schedule conformed to the contract requirements, identification of the project’s critical path, identification of changes made to the schedule that represented change order work, and the identification and measurement of critical project delay. The scheduling software used on this project was Oracle’s Primavera (P6) Project Management.

Liz has provided claims analysis and evaluation and schedule analysis services for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers throughout the country. Liz services included providing expert reports, preparing counsel for mediation, arbitration, and trial, as well as assisting contracting officers with their decision and response to contractor claim submissions.

Liz provided owner’s representation services for multiple phases of construction at Philadelphia Park Casino (PARX Casino). She procured bids for new projects, reviewed and negotiated change orders, reviewed payment applications, attended project meetings, and managed testing and inspection services.

Prior to joining TRAUNER, Liz worked for large general contractor in the Philadelphia area providing project management services including on-site supervision and field engineering. Liz responsibilities included subcontractor management for daily field activities as well as review of submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and pay applications. Liz also provided project control services for multiple projects including management of the general contractor’s budget including all subcontracts, subcontractor change orders, and owner change orders.
