Tony helped audit the GMP contract used during the construction of Gallery Place, a $130M, mixed-use project in Washington, D.C. Previously, Tony served as construction controller for a major casino and hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. His responsibilities included financial and cost management of casino construction and expansion projects including cost and budget analysis; processing progress expenditures; systems development; compliance reporting; preparation of contracts; cash flow analysis; audits; and development of cost controls, operating procedures, and management reports.
