The project schedule and its updates and revisions are the schedules for the entire project, not just the contractor’s work. This means that a schedule prepared by the contractor needs to be submitted to the owner. The owner then needs to review and approve the schedule. This webinar will focus on approaches to getting a good schedule in place on your projects quickly and without disputes. It will also focus on what to look for and how to spot serious problems with a schedule. In addition, the webinar will focus on techniques for maintaining a good schedule in place on a delayed project.
