Mark Nagata, Director, Shareholder, Featured in the Latest Issue of Engineering News Record

On October 18, 2017, ENR published Mark Nagata’s viewpoint piece entitled, “The Flaw in ASCE’s New Project Delay Guidelines.”  The piece addresses American Society of Civil Engineer’s new Schedule Delay Analysis Standard’s inclusion of a recommended guideline that attempts to increase an owner’s obligation to grant time extensions for “non-critical path” delays.
