On August 7, 2020, Bill Haydt will present a 90-minute Edupliance Webinar “A Guide to Determining the Costs Associated with Delay.” Bill will discuss how vital it is to know the process for submitting or reviewing delay claims, as well as how to approach modifying the contract. He will review the methods of documenting impacts, as well as how to categorize and present costs. Bill will provide the perspective of both the contractor and the owner, and also discuss how project schedules are used, as well as misused, to support a party’s position.
