Trauner provided intervention services to the Barrington school district for $7.5M of additions and alterations to the Avon and Woodland Elementary Schools. During this project, Trauner acted as the school board’s representative ensuring that the construction team members were fulfilling their respective contract requirements. Trauner monitored the work on a daily basis providing site inspections, managing the action plan, expediting issue resolution, updating the action item list, and keeping the school district informed about the daily progress.
