This project consisted of the construction of several five-story enlisted person housing buildings, operations buildings, headquarters buildings, arms storage buildings, cafeterias and an education facility. The base expansion project, valued at $125,000,000, was planned to be accomplished in three phases over four years.
Trauner Special Projects prepared rebid documents for the electrical and mechanical work in two of the three phases of the project. Trauner worked closely with the client and the obligee in determining the quantity and quality of work in-place in order to obtain the lowest and most responsive bid possible.
