Trauner provided claims analysis and dispute resolution services involving the construction of the Columbia Heights Station. We reviewed the performance of the contract focusing on the dispute resolution process and summarization of the claims submitted. We reviewed and commented on Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's conformance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and its own internal procedures. Additionally, we provided a determination of entitlement or liability; determination of impacts including delay, inefficiency, and extra or added work; determination of costs; and litigation support. Primavera scheduling was used to analyze the contractor's delay issues and to develop the as-built critical paths.
