Trauner has provided, and continues to provide a wide range of services to the District in support of its claims analysis and resolution efforts. Our services have included: development of a computerized document management system; evaluation of claims; delay and other technical analyses; assisting the District in formulating Contracting Officer's Final Decisions; providing technical and legal assistance before, during, and after hearings as required; providing litigation support as requested; preparing graphics when required; reviewing all audit reports and developing quantum where appropriate; performing audits; assembling, consolidating, and indexing project claims and appeal files; providing claims avoidance training to the contracting officer's department; providing general consultation on claims, scheduling, and related matters to include periodic reviews of monthly schedule updates; and providing expert witness testimony.
