Trauner assisted State Highway Administration District 4 on a variety of projects throughout the District providing construction scheduling consulting services. These projects range from a $55 million widening project on I-695 involving construction of 20 retaining walls and six noise walls with a 2,000 activity Critical Path Method schedule, to a $3 million streetscape improvement project with a 200 activity schedule. Our services encompass a review of the Critical Path Method project schedule and update submittals for compliance with contract requirements, recommendations to State Highway Administration regarding logic, logic changes, and the impact of changes. Trauner attends partnering workshops to address scheduling issues and also participates in the negotiation of time extensions with contractors on behalf of the State Highway Administration.
