The project was the construction of approximately 100,000 feet of natural gas transmission line to be constructed essentially parallel to an existing line running from Stem, North Carolina to Roxboro, North Carolina. Throughout the course of the work, differing site conditions and various other problems were encountered which adversely affected the progress of work.
Trauner performed an analysis of project delays and evaluated the performance of work to establish the responsibility for each delay. From our analysis, we determined that the differing site conditions delayed the work and adversely effected the Contractor's productivity. We then determined the damages that resulted from these impacts. We prepared a written report of our findings, including delay analysis graphics for presentation purposes.
