The Eugene Talmadge Memorial Bridge project required construction of ten approach bridges and an approach roadway in Savannah, Georgia. During the prosecution of the work, the Contractor encountered numerous problems which caused delays to both the milestone completion and project completion dates.
Trauner was retained by the attorney for the Contractor to evaluate the delays to the milestone and project completion and determine the liability for these delays. Trauner reviewed daily inspection reports, meeting minutes, progress reports, schedules, and all available project correspondence. Trauner performed a delay analysis and prepared a report of delays and liability for delays. Trauner provided litigation support and expert testimony.
