Trauner developed and delivered a two-day training program entitled "Delays, Acceleration, and Inefficiencies." Trauner developed this program for contractors, owners, and the attorney's that represent them. It deals with how delays on a project occur, how to measure the time impact and costs associated with a delay, and how to recover and get the project back on track. Most of the learning objectives are met through discussion, practical exercises, and case studies.
