Mike has extensive experience in the areas of CPM scheduling, delay analysis, construction claim preparation and evaluation, dispute resolution, and change order evaluation.

Mike has analyzed multi-million dollar claims on commercial, retail, mixed-use, medical, transportation, and military projects. Mike has presented at mediation and prepared expert testimony for litigation.  He has prepared discovery requests, drafted questions for depositions, and participated in settlement negotiations.  With his specialty in complex schedule analysis, Mike has analyzed delays and damages on several $300M+ projects, including a $1 billion dollar nuclear research facility, and a $400M VA hospital.

Mike’s scheduling experience includes the creation of the baseline schedule for the $300M Daytona International Speedway renovation, and the review of monthly schedule updates for roadway and residential projects. He has also reviewed baseline schedules and monthly schedule updates as a consultant to owners and developers.  Mike is highly proficient in Oracles’ Primavera Project Management (P6) and Primavera Project Planner (P3), Microsoft Project, and Suretrak critical path method scheduling software packages.  Mike has completed Monte Carlo simulations for risk and weather management.

Mike is a certified instructor for the Federal Highway Administration’s National Highway Institute.  He has presented the course titled Managing Highway Contract Claims: Analysis and Avoidance to Department of Transportation personnel across the country.  He has also been the instructor for the Lorman webinar Preventing and Measuring Delays.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida, and an AACE certified Planning and Scheduling Professional.
