Geoff Page will be presenting a 2-day NHI Course in Helena, MT, titled “Principles and Applications of Highway Construction Specifications,” on December 12th and December 13th, 2018. The course includes content that highlights the role of specifications as contract documents and tools for assigning risk. Course participants will engage in lessons and practice sessions to identify types of specifications, select the most appropriate type for a given project, and generate an original, effective highway construction specification. Emphasis is place on the use of basic grammar and writing style so that participants can produce correct, consistent, clear, complete, and concise specifications.
