On May 30, 2018, Bill Haydt will present an ASCE Webinar titled “Evaluation and Quantifying Inefficiency in Construction: A Case Study Approach.” Bill will focus on the topic of inefficiency management during construction projects.  Several case studies will be discussed, dealing with issues associated with quantifying inefficiencies in construction.  Bill will introduce basic concepts and real examples – to allow participants to see how these concepts are actually applied.
